Inspiration - Your Light has taken on new meaning to me as my dear friend Jahanvi Desai lost her battle with cancer. This painting reflects the idea that each of us gives our own very special light into this world. We multiply that light and share it with others as we touch people throughout our lives. When we lose loved ones, we carry a little bit of the recently departed special light within us, passing it onto others by sharing our memories of that person. Forever growing, our lights are endless even after we are physically gone from this world.

This drawing is done with pastel, graphite and gesso on paper and measures 18.75 x 26.5 inches / 47.6 x 67.3 cm
